Many of you know that we have gone Gluten Free with my almost 3 year old Jaylen. There were some things that lead up to us making the decision but I am glad that we did! Let me start out by saying he is not allergic to gluten. It was a dietary choice. I looked around for a reliable and EASY resource to make Gluten Free meals. It was tough until….
I found the Gluten Free Mom Certified Book!
Written by best selling author Tiffany Hinton, who is absolutely amazing by the way! We actually connected through Facebook and it was all gravy from there. Gluten Free gravy I might add! We also developed a friendship to the point that I had her speak at my last event. If you don’t know her yet connect with her at gfmomcertified.com or find her on Facebook.
If you or someone you know is allergic to Gluten this book is a must have item in your kitchen. I am not a chef by any means but this book has the easiest recipes. She shows you how to make Gluten Free food without breaking the bank! The recipes in this book are so delicious that you will never know you are eating gluten free. Sometimes when you think of going Gluten Free you worry about sacrificing taste. Well worry no more once you have the GFMomcertified book.
Want a Gluten Free starter kit?
Head to GFMomcertified and order your starter kit. Packed full of incredible recipes, restaurant guide, tips on raising children gluten free, and cute Mom Certified downloads. If you are starting out or even if you are a veteran, this book will show you everything from breakfast items like cinnamon rolls to desserts like lemon cookies. My favorites were the lemon cookies. I made them multiple times and they turned out perfect. Another recipe that I never thought of was making my own taco seasoning. Packed full of herbs it was delicious and much healthier than the pre-packaged taco seasoning.
So here is the skinny.. my 100% opinion. You have to pick up this book! Its not confusing at all to start implementing gluten free in your kitchen. For example, gluten free flour can be so expensive but I buy the Bisquick Gluten Free flour and just substitute it in recipes. Just changing what you use doesn’t mean you have to break the bank. My husband and I have seen major improvements with my son since going Gluten Free with him that we will continue to make it a part of our everyday.
Thanks again to Tiffany Hinton for allowing me to be a part of this journey and letting me review this book. It has been so helpful to have this in my kitchen! Cheers to you GFMOM!
