When I started my son on pureed food, it was overwhelming to come up with ideas and combinations on my own that he would love. He absolutely loved this combination of fruit in a puree. Now that he is older I still combine these items together in bigger chunks. Very nutritious and packed full of vitamins and antioxidants.
1 peach, peeled, pitted and chopped
1 medium pear, peeled, cored and chopped
1/2 cup blueberries
Put fruit in a small pan and cook for about 3 to 4 minutes. Puree in a blender.
Easy as that! Enjoy!
