Sabotaging my own success? I don’t think so! Well.. we ALL have done it at some point in time.
This is a very important topic because each of you have started your own business for a reason. Whether it is to replace an income, make ends meet for your family or make your passions become a reality, success follows those who are open to it. When you are in business you want it to be successful right?
Here are 5 ways to tell if you are sabotaging your own success and how to shift it instantly!
1. Procrastination
The “I’ll do it tomorrow syndrome.” Chances are it will never get done. Before you know it, its a year later and now you are wishing you would have done something with your business.
Time is NOW!
2. Making Excuses
As a Mom in business letting your children be an excuse for why you aren’t doing something is wrong. Change the way you think and start using them for an excuse TO do it! After all, everything you do is for them!
3. Fear of success
Whether you realize it or not, you have a threshold for success. When you 100% open success your mind to it it will come.
4. Lack of commitment and follow through
Whatever your business is there has to be a commitment to it and not just for 6 months. Let your yes be yes and your no be no. Respect will follow when you do what you say you are going to do!
5. Swayed by public opinion
If you are passionate about what you are doing then who cares what anyone else thinks! Take advice from ONLY those who have paved the way before you and who are successful in your field. Take their advice, make it your own and build your business to your strengths. Be true to yourself and you will have success!
After seeing these 5 points, are you sabotaging your success? I hope this gives some insight to where you are mentally with the success in your business. When you open your mind to abundance and success it will find you!
Cheers to your success!

Thanks for the reminders, Stephanie. I especially like the idea of letting our children inspire us to do great things, rather than using them as excuses of why we can’t do.

It’s definitely time for me to start using my kids as reasons to succeed instead of excuses for why I’m not trying as hard as I can. Great post!
