Bulletproof coffee, mammoth coffee, keto coffee, paleo coffee… whatever you want to call it, is delicious and has so many benefits! I have been drinking bulletproof coffee every morning for almost 5 years now and I can definitely tell a difference in my clarity, focus and overall health. I do not recommend bulletproof coffee as a breakfast supplement, but an added healthy coffee recipe!
Bulletproof Coffee Recipe
Ingredients
- 1 TBSP Coconut or MCT Oil
- 1 TBSP Grass-Fed Butter (Kerrygold Irish butter or Ghee)
- 1 Cup Organic Black Coffee
Instructions
- 1. Brew your regular black coffee. Preferrably organic.2. Pour coffee into a blender3. Add the rest of the ingredients to the blender. Blend on high for a few seconds. 4. Pour and enjoy!

The color of grass-fed butter is a sunny yellow, versus a white. If you are lactose intolerant or other stomach sensitivities, Ghee is a great option that has the same benefits as above without the casein and lactose.
