Chia Seed Pudding
Power packed chia seeds in a delicious pudding. Top with fruit and voila!
Ingredients
- 3 Cups Almond or coconut milk
- 2/3 Cup Chia Seeds
- 3 Tsp Vanilla Extract
- 1 Tsp Cinnamon
- 3 Tsp Raw Honey
Instructions
- Whisk all ingredients in a large bowl until combined. Chill in refrigerator for 2-3 hours. Transfer to small bowls and top with your favorite fruit, cacao nibs or mint leaves.
