Kale is one of my most favorite things to eat. Kale chips are a healthy Lays chip substitute as they satisfy the crunchy and salty cravings.
Did you know that kale has 150 mg of calcium per 100 grams, while milk has 125 mg? Kale is not only a good source of fiber but an excellent source of calcium.
Kale is one of the most nutrient dense foods in the world. It is an excellent source of Vitamin C, K and A. There is nearly 3 grams of protein in just one cup of kale! This chip recipe gives a healthy snack that the whole family will enjoy!
